Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Confederation College requires a qualified controls contractor to replace the Shuniah Powerhouse controls and establish a new Building Automation System (BAS) complete with a central server. The new BAS will be a web enabled Direct Digital Control (DDC) system with all devices being BACnet compatible. Approved system: Johnson Controls Facility Explorer. Confederation College, Shuniah Building, 1450 Nakina Drive, Thunder Bay, Ontario. Deadline for Questions Thursday, September 7, 2023 No later than 2:00 EDT Last Date for Issuing Addenda Tuesday, September 12, 2023 No later than 4:00 PM EDT.
