Envelope Replacement at Lloyd Dyer Drive 705-1 Location Buildings 2 & 4 Lloyd Dyer Drive Spencer, MA 01562 The Project consists of: The removal and replacement of vinyl siding, windows, doors, and related accessories. Any questions relative to the applicability of any wage rate shall be directed to the Division of Occupational Safety. Removal and replacement of existing vinyl siding and accessories. 2. Removal and replacement of existing windows with new construction vinyl windows and integral casing. 3. Removal and replacement of existing bay window construction with typical wall construction, new construction vinyl windows and integral casing, and new interior wood trim. 4. Removal and replacement of existing doors with new fiberglass doors and the addition of new storm doors. 5. Scrape, prepare and paint existing porch columns and beams and paint new and existing interior window trim. 6. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done.
