Reference Number 0000331249 The City of Gunnison (Gunnison) is requesting SOQs from qualified Consultants to provide professional civil engineering services for the purpose of completing construction bid documents. Gunnison is a home-rule municipality. This solicitation is governed by the City Code, Title 2, Chapter 2.20 - Purchasing Policy and Procedure and applicable state and federal regulations. This project is fully funded by a State and Local Federal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Grant Agreement, IHOI-INC006 Gunnison Rising Community Housing Infrastructure, including amendments (Attachment A). The SLFRF is funded, in whole or in part, with Federal funds made available pursuant to the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds program, a part of the American Rescue Plan (Pub L. No. 117-2 (March 11, 2021)). Generally, the Consultant will perform investigation, surveying, cost estimating and design for approximately 550 linear feet of NEW roadway, curb, drainage, multiuse pathway, forced main sanitary sewer, electrical conduit/junction boxes, communication conduit, and lighting. Lift station and landscaping are excluded. An existing, new water main is already present within the alignment.
