Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following for the Fort Saskatchewan Provincial Courthouse: .1 Replace all existing pneumatic HVAC control devices with digital devices, to be connected to existing BMS system. Devices include thermostats, radiator control valves, VAV damper controls, and boiler room valve controls. .2 Supply and install new conduit, wire and control devices for existing BMCS system. Installation and testing to be completed by contractor and control subcontractors under cash allowance as per drawings and specifications, programming of BMCS by subcontractor. .3 Demolition of existing pneumatic compressor upon completion of concurrent air handling unit replacement and chiller replacement projects. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
