The Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) is inviting bids from qualified and experienced Contractors to refurbish two (2) secondary clarifiers at CVWD's Water Reclamation Plant No. 10 (WRP 10). Within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award, the Successful Bidder must furnish the District with the Certificates of Insurance and endorsement forms proving coverage as specified in the attached agreement and execute a written agreement with CVWD. Within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award, the Successful Bidder shall submit a payment and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement.
