RFP No. 25242012 - Dillingham Airport Fence and Service Road Design Services The Contractor shall provide professional services to complete a bid-ready set of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) for the Dillingham Airport Fence and Service Road project. Services shall also include Hazardous Materials (HM), environmental services, hydrology, an engineer's design report (EDR), Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP), Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), Assistance During Bidding, Design Closeout Documentation, and Assistance During Construction. IRIS No. CFAPT00940 / AIP 3-02-0078-XXX-20XX A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately January 2024 to August 2030. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.
