Maple Ridge Sewer Rehabilation The Work includes the following major items: Clearing, grubbing, sediment and erosion control. Stream and wetland restoration. Remove trees and replace fencing as per the contract drawings. Replace existing sewer as per the contract drawings. Cap and abandon existing sanitary sewer as per the contract drawings. Install 2 new manholes and replace 1 manhole. The cost range for the Project is: between $500,000 and $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
