KY 30 East & Wolf Creek Waterline Extension - Contract 2 Water Storage Tank Contract 2 Installation of a 40,000 gallon ground storage tank and a 150,000 gallon ground storage tank, Valve Vault, Access Road improvement, Excavation, final grading, site restoration and Fencing. Bidding Documents may be examined at: Breathitt County Water District 1137 Main Street, Suite 305 Jackson, KY 41449 Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. A 5% bid bond is required. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, Non segregated facilities order 32FR 7439, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act.
