Reference Number 0000256951 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/05 12:00:00 AM CDT Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking Proposals from Vendors to provide automatic snow removal services, including clearing, shoveling/snow blowing, hauling and dumping, at the Manitoba Public Insurance properties (as listed in this RFP) in Winnipeg and at its Physical Damage Centre at 1981 Plessis Road. In addition, Manitoba Public Insurance requires additional Services on an as and when requested' basis. The estimated initial term of the Agreement shall come into effect as of October 25, 2023, and continue until and including September 30, 2025 (the Initial Term). The Services shall generally be provided from November 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 and November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (the Designated Time Frames). Manitoba Public insurance reserves the right to request the Successful Vendor to perform the Services outside of the Designated Time Frames at the rates taken from Price Tables #2, #4 and #5. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
