Project Description: - Building envelope remediation, including roof replacement. - Installation of a 2500 lb. machine room-less hydraulic passenger elevator andshaft, complete with modifications to the existing building to suit. - Crawlspace remediation including a new weeping tile system. - Condensate line replacement. - Sitework includes selective exterior demolitions and new platforms, ramp, andregrading of site at grade beams as well as trenching and remediation ofdisturbed surfaces for the condensate line replacement.
