The Work location is: Provincial Road 395 from Provincial Road 392 to 10 Km West of Provincial Road 392 Provincial Road 393 from Provincial Road 392 to 9 Km East of Provincial Road 392 Provincial Road 393 from 9 Km East of Provincial Road 392 to 19 Km East of Provincial Road 392 Completion Model The Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 24 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 30, 2024.
