Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,100-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Renovation of Regional Distribution Facility (RDF) including Level 1 and Level 2 spaces for a total of 4100 ft2 gross area. Each Bid Submission must include security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
