Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and day care center.
Expansion of the indoor space by approximately 245 m2, enabling a growth from 53 spaces to 73 spaces for children aged 5 and under (including infants under 18 months) through the repurposing of an adjacent classroom and addition on the east side of the existing building. Renovation of the existing space, to update room layout and provide observation areas. Addition of equipment to record and livestream video to students offsite. TIMELINE: Design updates will not be released. Updates will be made upon issuance for construction, timing has not been disclosed. *Construction budget for the project to be between $1.5 million and $3.5 million.
