Reference Number 0000257613 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/18 12:00:00 PM CDT Culverts to Be Delivered by December 1, 2023. Failure to Supply Materials by the Specified Dates May Result in Cancellation of the Order in Whole or Part. Culverts, Couplers and Fasteners Shall Be Provided in Accordance With the Department's Specifications for the Supply and Delivery of Corrugated Steel Culverts, No. 1285, Dated May 1997. Three Business Days Notice (Business Days Between Monday and Friday) Shall Be Given Prior to Delivery. All Deliveries Shall Be Scheduled Between 9:00 a.m. And 2:00 P.m. Central Time, Monday to Friday. Supplier Must Unload Material at Specified Location at the Cost of the Supplier. The Supplier/delivery Company is to Arrange for the Use of Any Additional Equipment (Forklift, Etc) Needed for Unloading. This Item Must Be Approved as Identified on the Department's Products Standard List or Be Approved for Use by the Department to Qualify for Purchase.
