Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a swimming pool.

Plans call for a 300,000 square foot (SF) indoor sports facility to host competitive soccer, football, lacrosse, running, basketball, volleyball, and more. Additionally, the District would like to determine if there is need for an indoor aquatic facility to host lessons, open swim, and competitive practices and meets. As of March 11, 2025, the project is in final design pending for city council meeting approval scheduled for March 17, 2025. A tentative bid schedule for contractors is scheduled for late Spring or early Summer, with completion slated to begin Summer of 2025. The firm timelines have not been established.
