Furnish and Install Steel Doors The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, an Executive Department of the State of Maryland, hereinafter called "the Department," "Juvenile Services," or "DJS," is soliciting Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a contractor to furnish and install steel doors in various buildings at the Department of Juvenile Services, Green Ridge Youth Center, 10700 Fifteen Mile Creek Road, Flintstone, MD 21530. Project must begin no more than thirty (30) days from award date and it must be completed no more than forty-five (45) days from start date. 24-MX-GR-001 is an SBR project to furnish and install steel doors in various buildings at Green Ridge Youth Center, Flintstone, MD If you have any questions pertaining to this project, please submit them in writing to the Robert P. Gay, Procurement Officer as soon as possible via email at Robert.gay@maryland.gov. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE's) and small businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation as a primary Contractor and are encouraged to obtain certification. The Department reserves the right to clarify any contractual terms with the concurrence of the contractor, however, any substantial nonconformity in the offer, as determined by the Department, shall be deemed nonresponsive and the offer rejected.
