The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this project in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents. The Bidder binds himself upon acceptance of his Bid Proposal to execute the Standard Form of Agreement and furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract Price, according to the forms included in the Contract Documents.
