Daniel Puricelli and Steve Loranger, accredited Missouri Asbestos Inspectors, completed the survey for Windsor School District on December 29, 2022. Access was provided to all areas. A total of 84 samples were collected for analysis by PLM. SITEX was responsible for determining if asbestos is present in this area, and if present, the quantity, condition and estimated cost to abate the materials. Estimated construction cost for High School is: $5,500,000; cost for Int Center is: $7,700,000, total estimated construction $13,200,000.
