The Jefferson County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking competitive proposals for a Design and Build playground area. Location: 6090 Mississippi Street, Kimmswick, MO 63053. The scope of this project is detailed within this document and Vendors should base their submitted proposal upon this entire document. The cost budget is estimated to be in the range of $70,000. o Play area designed for age group three (3) years of age to twelve (12) years of age. o The play area shall have features accessible as defined in Architectural Barriers Act of 1968, PL 90-480, and The Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS). The play-structure equipment shall be manufactured in the United State of America. NOTICE is hereby given that preference shall be given to play-structure manufacturers located in the state of Missouri. The cost budget is estimated to be in the range of $70,000
