Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a educational facility.
Stipulated Price Bids are invited from interested bidders for the Richmond Plaza Renovation Project at KPU Richmond Campus. The project consists of removal of the existing plaza assembly over south and west exterior plaza and installation of new plaza 2-ply SBS waterproofing assembly (c/w reinforced liquid PMMA flashing) and concrete pavers as shown in the tender documents. Replacement of existing plaza drains with new plaza drains. Removal and replacement of four existing post lights as noted in drawings. Partial demolition and subsequent rebuilding of several planter walls. Contractor shall provide RCABC guarantee for paved plaza and planter waterproofing work as detailed in the specification document. KPU estimates the budget for this project to be in the range of $1.7 Million to $2.7 Million.
