Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes the supply of materials, equipment, tools, services, labour, and all things necessary for the completion of the new electrical distribution system in Steveston Paramount West Site. Requires complete MDP (Main Distribution Panels) and electrical kiosks at two locations with specified electrical equipment and connections, installation of electrical cable in existing and new underground conduits, disconnect and reconnect existing electrical system and all required testing, commissioning and training services. Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but not limited to, the following items covered further in the Contract Documents: Review site specific information. Underground conduits and stubs ups Concrete pad for electrical kiosks Complete electrical kiosk Underground electrical cable installation. Chain Link Fence around the south substation Disconnect and reconnect existing electrical. Testing and commissioning Provide required shop drawings, material submittals, work plans including scheduling and phasing.
