The Lulu Island Energy Company Ltd. (the "Owner"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Richmond (the "City"), is proposing to excavate and refurbish the existing HDPE district energy utility along McKim Way from Dubbert St. to west of Stolberg St. The work consists of the excavation ~140m of the existing twin 508 mm diameter HDPE district energy pipe, re-fusing all fusion joints and replacement of all fittings (the "Project"), as described in the Contract Documents.
