Additionally, this AC Unit should include options such as a V16 Vertical Mount, the voltage amount of 230V/60Hz or 220V/50 HZ, a 304 Stainless Steel Cab, a Total Corrosive E-Coated, and a Nema type 3R/4X. 2. Model number KNA4C4SP28LV with an item description of BTU/H Capacity 4000, 95/95 Rating Btu/H:3700, Ambient Temp F Max/Min: 131/-20, 115/100 Volts, 60/50 Hz. This model should include CFC-Free R-134a Refrigerant, Programmable Thermostat and Internal Corrosion Protection, be able to maintain NEMA 12, 3R, 4 and 4X enclosure interface ratings. Quoted prices shall include the delivery to the Utilities Department. All packaging must be suitable for shipment. All items shall be delivered in a timely manner via Freight on Board (F.O.B.) destination. All items shall be delivered within twenty (20) calendar days of order placement. All items shall be delivered to the Utilities Facility located at 3500 NW 76 Ave, Hollywood, FL 33024 or 7351 SW 30 St, Davie, Fl, 33314, as instructed. The successful bidder shall advise the Utilities Department pertaining to the items availability and lead time. If any items ordered are out of stock or backordered, the Contractor must identify the expected delivery date of those items and inform the Town Utilities Department.
