Site work for a civil project in Davie, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the Contractor furnishing all labor, material, machinery, tools, and equipment, services, and incidentals for the installation of a Deep Injection Well and a Dual-zone Monitor Well for effluent disposal from the wastewater treatment plant for the THISCD, all in conformance with the Contract Documents. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the THISCD c/o JJ Ameno & Co. at 2015 Sharon Street, Boca Raton, FL 33486 or by email to JAmenojr@gmail.com no later than six (6) calendar days prior to the bid opening date by 4:00 PM. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of two percent ( 2%) of the Total Bid Price payable to the THISCD, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. The Owner (THISCD) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid or in the bidding process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as deemed in the best interest of the Owner (THISCD).
