The purpose of this Proposal is to select a minimum of three (3) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) qualified licensed contractors to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, and transportation, permits, licenses, equipment and any incidentals necessary to provide HVAC repairs and replacement/installation for various Town facilities. Proposers shall provide proof of a minimum of three (3) years' experience in commercial HVAC repair and re- placement. Pursuant to Town Code Section No. 2-320 and section 1.51 of the terms and conditions, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on this solicitation. The cone shall be in effect until such time of award by the Town Administrator or the Town Mayor and Council. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to bids@davie-fl.gov no later than 5:00 PM on November 20, 2023. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available as formal addenda to the Town's Procurement website and DemandStar.com. It is the responsibility of prospective proposers to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation. The selection of the successful respondent(s) shall be at the Town's discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after the receipt and evaluation of all RFP responses. The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, and to make awards in the best interest of the Town.
