Questions Due Date/Time: 09/26/2023 12:00 PM, CST Replace existing control panels at eight remote wastewater lift stations in northwest Lake County, including associated electrical power modifications, utility relocations/modifications, and provide site improvements including concrete work, landscaping, restoration, and elevated platform at one location. A bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in the amount of 10% of Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond [on the form attached] issued by a surety meeting the requirements of paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. A performance bond satisfactory to the County, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, in an amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the contract price as security for the faithful performance of the contract..
