As of April 4, 2025, per owner, no contractor has been selected. A building permit is in for review for the first of three houses on this property. The LCLBA, is seeking proposals from experienced residential real estate developers or builders to purchase and construct one to three new single family house(s) on a property located at 807 N Lakeview Drive, Round Lake, Illinois. The property is two lots that should be combined into one lot for a new single family house or properly divided for two or three homes. The lots together are 0.55 acres. The property will be sold with a Deed Restriction requiring: 1) the abandoned private water well to be capped within 2 months of purchase; 2) complete building permit applications submitted within 6 months of purchase; and 3) final occupancy issued for the house(s) within 18 months of the issuance date on the building permit(s). There is no set asking price.
