Renovation of an educational facility in Mattoon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of October 12, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Williams Elementary School Chiller Replacement. The project consists of: Replacement of existing chiller and associated remove evaporator. Alternate Bids will be taken to replace chilled water pump motors with new and add VFDs or to replace chilled water pumps altogether with new VFDs as well. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Engineer will not receive bidder's questions after 12:00 PM on September 29, 2023 Fax or email questions to Engineer. Telephone (voice) queries are discouraged. 1.
