Site work for a water / sewer project in Mattoon, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 20, 2024, Bids received were rejected due to budget constraints. No plans for rebid. The City of Mattoon is accepting bids to rehab one of the Prima- ry Clarifiers at our Waste Water Treatment Plant at 820 South 5th Place. The work includes replacing most of the interior components of the roughly 63' x 33' clarifier. The existing con- crete structure and underground piping are to remain. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
