Waste Water Treatment Plant Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation The City of Mattoon is accepting bids to rehab one of the Secondary Clarifiers at our Waste Water Treatment Plant at 820 South 5th Place. The work includes replacing most of the interior components of the 70' diameter clarifier. The existing concrete structure and underground piping are to remain. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) and all Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Certified payrolls are required weekly. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
