The work to be done under this section includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the proper execution and completion of the Water Cooler Replacement in accordance with the drawings and as herein specified. 1. Provide all parts, materials and labor to remove old and install new water fountains with bottle fillers, filters and modified with a valve(s) to turn off bubbler(s) and leave bottle filler operational. This includes masonry, plumbing and electrical work. The college will provide minor patching and painting to drywall. Specified units are 9 each Elkay LZSTL8WSLK (ezH2O Bottle Filling Station & Versatile Bi-Level ADA Cooler, Filtered Refrigerated Light Gray), 4 each Elkay LZWS-SS8K (ezH2O Bottle Filling Station & Soft Sides Single Fountain, Filtered Refrigerated Stainless) and 1 each Elkay LZS8WSLK (ezH2O Bottle Filling Station with Single ADA Cooler, Filtered Refrigerated Light Gray) for a total of 14 water fountain units. See attached maps for locations. Each bidder may visit the site and examine it as stipulated above. No special arrangements are required to make this visit.
