MnDOT requests letters of interest for preliminary and design for reconstruction of US Highway 14 (US 14) and Broadway Avenue intersection in the city of Rochester, Minnesota. US 14 is a major thoroughfare connecting businesses in cities of Owatonna, Rochester, Eyota, St. Charles and Winona in southeastern Minnesota. This contract is necessary to provide technical expertise in at-grade highway intersection design that are needed to identify the current and future operational deficiencies at the US 14 and Broadway Avenue intersection in the city of Rochester, provide improvement alternatives recommendation, and prepare and submit the design of the preferred alternative Project Goal The goal of this project is to provide 100 percent complete construction plan for the project.
