Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

As of March 13, 2024, a notice of intend to award has been issued, however, it has not been confirmed if the project has been officially awarded at this time. The project primarily consists of work associated with mechanical system upgrades and interior renovations of an approximately 16,000 square foot existing community center. The work includes selective demolition and alterations and replacement of the HVAC system. Renovation work will include, but not be limited to, miscellaneous alterations and finish improvements to the restrooms, kitchen, multipurpose rooms, offices and circulation spaces and the gymnasium. Bidder certifies that he is properly registered as a licensed contractor under Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery by October 19, 2023 by 4:00 pm. THE PROJECT SCOPE ALSO INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW ADA ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAINS AS WELL AS NEW INTERIOR GLAZING TO BE INSTALLED IN EXISTING MASONRY OPENINGS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY INFILLED. NEW EXTERIOR WINDOWS ARE PROPOSED IN THE MULTIPURPOSE ROOM. THE BUILDING SIZE AND USE REMAIN UNCHANGED
