Site work for a religious / funeral development in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to; the design and construction of three garden mausoleums to comply with all applicable building codes and permits requirements, including all other aspects of the Project to fulfill the intent of the Project as described in the Design Criteria Package and all supporting documents. Question Deadline 10/31/2023 at 2:00 PM ET The City of Fort Lauderdale brings to the Contractors attention that this project located within the cemetery. All work shall be done around their operations with minimal disruption and extensive coordination. Areas of the facility will be closed to the contractor at certain times. Contractor shall coordinate all work with the City in advance. The contractor shall be responsible for coordination and notification of areas to be worked on. Contractor shall make arrangements for portable toilet and secure the working area and staging. The Contractor will be allowed to use a portion of the customer parking lot and maintenance area to store equipment, vehicles, and materials. B. Contractor is responsible for the design, engineering, geotechnical report, permitting, and construction of three (3) mausoleums totaling 476 crypts and associated upgrades required for this work as per all applicable codes and regulations, as necessary for the performance of the Work at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
