The Town of Clayton is seeking proposals for engineering services for development of bid documents and construction oversight for Wastewater Lagoon #3 Improvements located in Clayton, NM. The Town of Clayton has the right to refuse/reject any and all proposals. This project is wholly or partially funded with United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal requirements contained in the Supplemental Conditions. Neither the United States nor its department's agencies or employees is or will be party to this invitation for proposals or any resulting contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
