Provide ongoing custodial and janitorial services at the State Parks McClellan Facility at 4940 Lang Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95652. Janitorial services will be needed at the State Parks McClellan Facility on an ongoing basis. Service consists of daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly janitorial services to 100,000 square feet of facility restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, lobby, reception desk, hallways, training classrooms, training kitchenette, windows, warehouses, outdoor seating areas, and floors, as further detailed in the Scope of Work.
