Inc - $84,989 Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid surety bond In the amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the 1), bid, which sum shall be specifically set forth in me surety bond with a reference to the specific bidding document, as a guarantee that if the proposal be accepted a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The Neshannock Township School District 1, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make such award as most advantageous to the School District Bids may be held by the Neshannock Township School District for a period not 1o exceed sixty (60) days from the dare of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract or rejecting any or all bids.
