The project 13 includes erosion control, clearing and grubbing (including tree removal/ tree trimming, as 14 needed), debris hauling, existing fence removal, excavation/ stripping topsoil, subgrade 15 preparation (including erosion fill) final cover installation (including 12-inch infiltration layer 16 and 6-inch erosion layer), finish grading, hydroseeding/ mulching, diversion berm construction, 17 downchute construction (including subgrade preparation and 60-mil textured HDPE 18 installation), concrete energy dissipator, rock riprap, turn reinforcement mat, new barbed wire 19 fence, new chain link fence with barbed wire, new 16-ft swing gate, stabilized construction 20 entrance and 12-ft wide asphalt road construction.
