McCarthy Building Companies, per Texas Government Code Chapter 2269 (Subchapter F), is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the UPPER TRINITY REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT's Harpool TWTP Phase 2 Expansion. McCarthy is seeking interested suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to perform specified scopes of work on the construction of an existing 30 MGD WTP to increase capacity to 60 MGD. The project consists of early equipment procurement of the membrane system, electrical gear/equipment, butterfly valves, and stub out piping for GST. Pre-Bid Questions: All questions shall be submitted via CIVCAST. All answers to questions shall be posted in CIVCAST. Answers to questions posted in CIVCAST are for informational purposes, only formal addenda will be considered contract documents. All addenda will be issued via CIVCAST. Pre-bid questions must be received by March 4th at 2:00 pm. Questions received after that time may not be addressed prior to the bid date. Owner reserves the right to reject warranties. Owner reserves the right to refuse to accept Work for the project if the required warranties have not been provided.
