Demolition and site work for a residential development in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Pitt County Planning Department is requesting an estimate for demolition work at the following properties: 434 Creek Shore Drive, Grifton 504 Main Street, Grifton 802 Wiley Gaskins Road, Grifton 6958 Gordon Street, Grifton 3897 Old River Road, Greenville 4007 Old River Road, Greenville 902 Ray Crawford Drive, Winterville 903 Ray Crawford Drive, Winterville Two additional properties may be added during the contract period. This demolition work is a requirement through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. The required work shall follow the attached Demolition Minimum Specifications, which include, but are not limited to: the demolition and removal of the house, storage buildings, and any fencing located on the property (see attached surveys); and the removal of any concrete pads, slabs and driveways. For properties serviced by septic tanks, the quote should provisions cited in Section 3.c. of the Demolition Minimum Specifications.
