As of November 8, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 7, 2023. The City of West Haven (here after referred to as, "The City") is soliciting an Invitation to Bid from qualified contractors to furnish and install two (2), 6,600 gallon capacity (each) tanks and remove two (2) existing 9,000 gallon capacity (each) tanks at the West Haven Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP), located at 2 Beach Street in West Haven, CT. Respondents are required to submit two (2) copies of their sealed proposal, clearly marked. Proposals received after the scheduled due date and time shall not be accepted or considered, they will be rejected. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed proposals shall be considered. No oral, telephonic, emailed, or faxed corrections, deletions, or additions to any proposals, shall be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request. The City also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the City of West Haven.
