The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: The work described herein and to be performed in accordance with the requirements of the plans and these specifications consist of the Supply and Installation of lights and utilities for the tennis court, and other incidental items. Principal items of work in the project include: 1 LS Electrical Work 4 Unit Supply and Install Light Pole with LED Floodlight and Foundation Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Bids will be accepted in the following ways: 1. Bids will be received at the hour and on the date specified above. Bids submitted at this time shall be addressed to Farah Gilani, Teaneck Township Engineer, C/O Township Clerk, Township of Teaneck 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey and shall satisfy all previously mentioned requirements. 2. Bids can be mailed: All mailed bids shall be addressed to Farah Gilani, Teaneck Township Engineer, C/O Township Clerk and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "Bid for Votee Park Tennis Court Lighting" All mailed bids shall be mailed employing a formal mail receipt procedure such as Certified Return Receipt and shall also satisfy all of the above requirements. 3. Bids can be hand delivered prior to the date or hour specified. In this case, the bids shall be delivered to Farah Gilani, Teaneck Township Engineer, C/O Township Clerk, Township of Teaneck 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey and shall also satisfy all of the above requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to make sure that the bid is submitted on time and to the proper location. The work shall be completed within Sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. "Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et. seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq." All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days except as may be permitted by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3.
