The purpose of The Wilton Manors NW 2 nd Avenue & NW 22nd Street Drainage Project bid is to establish a Lump Sum contract, with qualified contractor(s) to construct a new drainage system to be located along portions of NW 2nd Avenue, NW 2nd Street, and NW 23rd Street in the City of Wilton Manors, Florida. The project is to include furnishing and installing proposed yard drains, valley inlets, catch basin structures including pollutant retardant baffles, valley gutters, 18-inch and 15- inch diameter high-density polypropylene (HP) storm pipe, and 6' x 4' exfiltration trench with 18- inch HP perforated pipe. Question Deadline 10/23/2023 at 7:00 PM ET Response to Questions October 30, 2023 The completion schedule for the work is 150 consecutive calendar days from the issuance of a Notice To Proceed by the City until substantial completion of the work and 180 consecutive calendar days from the issuance of a Notice To Proceed by the City until final completion of the work. Liquidated damages will be assessed as stated in the Contract. In accordance with the provisions of Section 255.05, Florida Statutes, the Contractor shall provide to the CITY, a 110% Public Construction Bond in an amount not less than the total cost of the Project. The Bond shall incorporate by reference the terms of the Contract Documents in its entirety.
