Site work for a water / sewer project in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 18, 2024, construction of this project has commenced, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. The work will include, but not necessarily limited to, the installation of stormwater pipes under the railroad, basin grading, and other work described in the contract. Only those questions submitted online via PennBID shall be considered. Questions received after 11/13/2023 at 4:00 PM ET, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. This contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Palmyra Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. An engineers estimate $625,000 - $725,000 *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
