The work consists of renovating the existing high school with demolition of parts of the building to result in a smaller building. The work includes an auditorium, cafeteria, and academic wings. New construction is required, to include steel framing, concrete foundations, with the building envelope consisting of precast, metal panels and insulation. The site work includes landscaping, driveways, access roads, sidewalks, parking and new utilities. The school will be occupied and construction will take place with multiple phases. The estimated price of this project is $78,200,000.00.
