The City of Seguin intends to hire one (1) highly qualified general contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and insurance as required for the construction of one (1) concrete basketball court, as specified herein, within the Future Park Property located at 450 Dolle Avenue, Seguin, Texas. 2.0 Bidders are encouraged to visit the lighted basketball court at Seguin's Park West located at 809 San Antonio Avenue. The City's intention is to duplicate the Park West example at the Future Park Property. Excavate and construct a new concrete basketball court per the specifications on sheet C2. 4.0 The finished concrete basketball court should be approximately 1 to 4 inches above the existing grade, depending on the overall grade. Backfill as needed. 5.0 Apply one (1) coat of textured acrylic resurfacer over the entire court. 6.0 Apply two (2) coats of textured color (dark green) over the entire court. 7.0 Apply textured white lines per the specifications. 8.0 Furnish and install basketball goals per the specifications.
