Koehler Company, acting as Construction Manager at Risk, is requesting proposals for sitework & utilities for a new 27000 sf medical office building for the Guadalupe Regional Medical Center and Texas Facilities Commission in Seguin, Texas. Scope of work includes site clearing, grading, storm drainage system, sanitary sewer, domestic and fire water utilities, subgrade preparation for building foundation and asphalt paving, site concrete for storm drainage and outfall structures. Site construction would commence in mid - November pending issuance of a site permit. As of January 31, 2025, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timelie for this project has nnot yet been released.
