Each prime bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty, or a surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The "Bid Bond" and the "Performance and Payment Bond" must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located and must be listed in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. 2845-07 The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: A. Contract A: 1. Developments 55-002 & 003: Replace existing aluminum windows with new vinyl windows. B. Contract B: 1. Development 55-004: Replace existing meter centers and load centers and provide new hardwired smoke detectors. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The housing authority's Section 3 Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for Section 3 compliance for the housing authority and its subrecipients, contractors and subcontractors supporting the program.
