Site work for a civil project in Harriman, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of the replacement up to 4,800 LF of 6-inch and 8-inch asbestos cement water line with 8-inch DIP water line, as well as the replacement of the existing Wolfe Branch Booster Pump Station with a new packaged pump station Only those who get documents from Joe Griffey at jgriffey@ssr-inc.com are eligible for bidding. Question Deadline 09/19/2024 The Project generally consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for construction relating to the following tasks: replacement of the existing Wolfe Branch Booster Pump Station with a new packaged pump station within the City of Harriman. The work includes, but is not limited to, all excavation & grading; foundations, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation work; pumps; control panels; VFDs; fittings; valves; fencing; tie-ins; erosion control; testing; disinfection; and in general, all appurtenances for a complete and operable system in accordance with the provided Drawings and Specifications. Question Deadline 11/28/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to Joe Griffey at jgriffey@ssr-inc.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all Bidding Documents Holders. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids shall not be permitted and shall not be answered
