Spartanburg County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the roadway drainage improvements. submit questions by email to Lisa Coleman, Procurement Director, at lcoleman@spartanburgcounty.org. Written questions shall be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to Proposal's submission date. Proposer shall submit with their proposal a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal price. This bond may be in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to Spartanburg County. The successful proposer, within three (3) working days after acceptance of the proposer's offer by the County, shall furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the amount of the total proposal price. Mark Envelope: Outside of sealed Proposal envelope must be marked: RFP # 2024011 "SPARTANBURG COUNTY 2023 PIPE AND DITCH GRADING FOR ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS" followed by your firm name and address.
